Half-Life: Alyx, another VR game in the Half-Life arrangement, has formally been reported. The new title is depicted in a tweet as Valve’s “lead” VR title, and will be divulged on Thursday November 20 at 10am Pacific Time. This has been reputed for quite a while, and it shows up those bits of gossip are valid. Fortunately, we won’t need to stand by long to discover more.
It’s been more than a long time since the last Half-Life title, Half-Life 2 Episode 2, which finished on a cliffhanger. We realize that a third scene (or potentially Half-Life 3) was being developed, yet with the arrangement long lethargic and Valve apparently having proceeded onward, it was hazy whether we could ever observe Half-Life again. It’s conceivable that Half-Life: Alyx will be selective to the Valve Index VR headset, yet we won’t know without a doubt until Valve shows their new game off on November 20.
Half-Life 2, the last full discharge in the arrangement, got a 9.2/10 in our survey (it turned out in 2004, quite a while in the past enough that GameSpot had not yet relinquished decimal places.) It’s frequently viewed as probably the best round ever.
